Customer Service I had a question about my irrigation system. Joe immediate asked me what was wrong. I told him that I have my 2 zone, but for some reason I could not get them to start manually from my Orbit control box. He immdiatly began problem solving by asking me questions about my system. In less than 10 minutes zone 1 was activated. Then he explained that I had not set up zone 2 and that was the reason why it never came on. He could have sent a person out to trouble shoot my problem instead he talked me through it and taught me how to understand my irrigation system. I appreciate it and continue to give my THANKS! I encourage everyone to give Rainfall Irrigation before making there final selection on there irrigation service. They are Honest! |

Irrigation Joe and his crew installed a sprinkler system. They arrived when promised, completed the work ahead of schedule and when I arrived home my landscaping and concrete areas were in tact. Joe followed up to insure that the system was working well and to my expectation. |

and outstanding job!! We had our irrigation system installed last week and quite honestly, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Joe was dedicated to speaking to both me and my husband to answer any questions/concerns with patience and great insight. In the end, we thought we would have to make a choice between price, quality work, and great customer service…but with Joe we were blessed to have all three. Not only was this job done exactly as Joe described, but the service and dedication to our yard was supreme. I would highly recommend his service and look forward to returning to him in the future for other landscaping needs. Choosing Joe to do your work is not only valuable due to his outstanding/quality work, but mostly because you can’t really put a price on GREAT customer service anymore.
